Michele Hylton-Terry knows what it means to overcome.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in the inner city of Brooklyn, she forged her own path forward—from childhood adversity to civic leadership. Today, she serves as the Executive Director of the Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency, but her true mission is personal: to light the way for women and girls ready to rise.
