Holding a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Barry University, Michele brings a wealth of leadership experience, currently serving as the Executive Director for the City of Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency since 2018; however, her true calling lies in connecting with and uplifting others.

Michele’s life journey is a testament to the power of resilience and the pursuit of dreams. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she faced her first challenge at age five when her family emigrated to the inner city of Brooklyn, New York, in 1971. This early challenge ignited a fire within her to push beyond limitations and achieve more than she could have ever imagined.

Over the past 35 years, she has cultivated a deep appreciation for Spirituality, Gratitude, Love, Joy, and Self-acceptance, principles that now form the bedrock of her inspiring message.
